Cohousing Neighborhoods for Pro-active Adults

Pro-active adults are creating their own caring and supportve cohousing neighborhood in Grass Valley, CA. Members of Wolf Creek Lodge are now in the process of moving into their gorgeous new homes.

There are only 6 homes left in this culturally rich location in a forested area along beautiful Wolf Creek. Join them for a tour, slideshow and potluck on the 3rd Saturday of each month.

Grass Valley's Wolf Creek Lodge, with 30 residences designed for older adults, is on track to open next summer.  It will be be the country's fourth elder cohousing complex, but according to the Cohousing Association of the United States, another dozen are  in the planning stages. See article
