Our development team is the most experienced group of cohousing professionals, having created dozens of successful communities. Our firm's principals have created and refined systems that allow us to partner with future residents to produce award-winning neighborhoods.

Our approach integrates the disciplines of land development, community organizing and professional consulting, to enable our clients to build neighborhoods, from the inside out.

Land development is fraught with obstacles and risk. Our experience helps to mitigate that risk, and our approach is to impart the knowledge and skills to enable our groups to focus on the important issues, make good decisions, and ultimately move into the neighborhood of their dreams.

CoHousing Partners was born out of a decade long collaboration between Wonderland Hill Development Company and McCamant & Durrett Architects, which has produced a string of diverse, award winning projects.

Our communities are strong because we involve the members in every facet of the process: visioning, community organizing, planning, investment and budget.
